Schedule Details Shift: Night Shift Hours: 12 hour shifts Schedule: 1900 - 0730 Hours/Week: 36 hrs/week Days/Week: 3 days/week Weekends: Every other weekend Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients. Serve as primary/assigned nurse ensuring safety and quality. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management. Safely administer medications following UHS policies. Maintain compliance with regulatory, hospital, and professional standards. Participate in shared governance (unit councils, improvement initiatives, peer reviews). Engage in ongoing professional education and required trainings. Integrate current nursing research and evidence based practice. Support orientation of new staff and students. Perform Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator duties when assigned.
