Compliance / Notes: - Medical screening (vaccinations) and background check required prior to the first day. - Orientation: 10 hours. - Fingerprinting must be completed immediately after signing the contract; strict deadline applies. - References: Two professional references are required, at least one must be a manager/director or formal supervisor. - Employment eligibility: Current OSU employees are ineligible; former employees are eligible after six months away.
