HIRING QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Must have a valid Class A CDL Required: Must be 21 years of age or older Required: 4+ months of driving experience Required: A safe driving record Required: Equipment must be newer than 7 years old Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience, though not mandatory Required: Background check Required: Clean drug test Required: Clear Clearinghouse result Required: For flatbed drivers, the physical capability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice is necessary, as about 70% of loads require tarping.
