This senior executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing our institutional research and decision-making capabilities. You will spearhead the use of administrative data for comprehensive reporting, analysis, and decision support, while leading a talented team of full-time and part-time staff. Your key responsibilities will include conducting institutional research studies, managing the enterprise data warehouse, and ensuring the integrity and proper utilization of enterprise data. You will oversee data governance initiatives, promote a fully operational data warehouse, and manage processes that enhance student success and institutional effectiveness. We seek candidates with a minimum of 8 years of senior-level experience in institutional research or decision support in higher education. A graduate degree is preferred, and expertise in large-scale multi-source databases is essential. The ideal applicant will have a proven record of translating data into impactful practices that promote student success. Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills are critical. You should be adept at fostering collaborative relationships and juggling multiple projects. Familiarity with data confidentiality and security regulations, along with experience in advanced statistical and visual analytics software, is expected.
