This position will manage properties in multiple states and be responsible for the complete performance of each property. Location: Fargo, North Dakota Type of Position: Full Time - Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Compensation: $65K - $70K DOE Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k w/ Company Match Percentage Position Overview: Manage leasing, billing, maintenance, inspections, tenant transitions, insurance claims, vendor compliance, and all other operational requirements. Support annual budgeting for operational and capital expenditure. Oversee service contracts for quality and cost control. Ensure lease agreement terms are in compliance.
