Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience in personal care, healthcare, or a related field preferred - Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as required - High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or CPR is a plus
