Job Type Full-time Description Interested in joining a team with diverse responsibilities within the Stock Transfer Reorganization discipline? This includes control, reconciliation, processing, analysis, internal and external communications, and most recently communication and processing of Payments/Reorganization via a Portal System. Requirements Qualifications 1. Strong Stock Transfer Experience 2. Strong Reorganization Experience 3. Strong Reconciliation Experience 4. Strong Technical skills 4. Strong Excel Abilities including Cross Spreadsheet Comparison experience 5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team 6. Drive to identify and close out gaps within the processes 7. Comfortable in escalating concerns to next level Management 8. Overtime required including some weekends & working in Downtown Manhattan office a minimum of 5 days per week 9. DocuSign familiarity, along with strong writing skills is a new requirement for success within this team. Salary Description $65,000 (plus benefits)
