Description Our Glasgow branch is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to assist the branch manager with daily office-related tasks. Responsibilities Manage the branch managers' calendar Send thank-you notes and gifts to clients Answer office phones and direct them to the appropriate party Assist clients who enter the office by directing them to the appropriate party, making copies of documents, and performing other tasks as needed Other duties assigned by the manager Qualifications Detail oriented Ability to multitask Experience with Microsoft 365 required Strong verbal and written communication skills Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required Office experience is a plus 20 hours a week/flexible hours assigned by management
