We are seeking a dedicated and certified Security Officer to work alongside our management team to ensure the safety and security of our employees, guests, and premises. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests. Respond professionally to verbal and physical confrontations. Enforce laws and ordinances to prevent criminal activities. Patrol premises to deter illegal activities such as loitering, drug use, and violence. Monitor and assist with entrance and exit of individuals to maintain security. Write detailed reports on incidents and irregularities. Contact emergency services as needed. Provide assistance during medical emergencies, following company policies. Collaborate with management on significant events and issues. Qualifications: MUST BE A CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICER. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to act decisively and apply minimum force when necessary. Compensation: $37/HR
