Global Procurement Contracts Team Overview: The Global Procurement organization specializes in sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation services aimed at optimizing spend and minimizing risk for Oracle worldwide. Within this organization, the Procurement Contracts Team reviews, negotiates, and manages contracts necessary for Oracle's internal operations. Responsibilities: Assist the Procurement Contracts Team with the review of contracts and supplier agreements to ensure compliance with Oracle's legal guidelines and procurement policy. Engage in learning about contract drafting and negotiations. Prepare and manage contract documentation, including records and trend reports. Review existing contracts for key information and input into the contract team repository. Contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives and activities. Participate in weekly virtual contract team meetings. Carry out other duties as assigned by management. Candidate Profile: Candidates must be current law students in good standing for the J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school or undergraduates accepted into an ABA-accredited law school. Strong analytical and legal drafting ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills. Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with a capacity to learn quickly and facilitate problem solving. Proactive and capable of taking initiative. Qualifications This role is available at a hiring range of $18.17 to $34.62 per hour, translating to an annual salary range of $37,800 to $72,000.
