Job Description Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather project requirements. Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to assess project scope. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for various project components. Maintain detailed records of project costs and budgets. Provide support in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and cost-related matters. Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive project estimations. The Successful Applicant A successful Michael Page Jr Estimator should have: NYC experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience or knowledge in construction estimation and budgeting processes. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
