About You: You are an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager ready to tackle new challenges. In the evolving landscape of Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES solutions are at the heart of manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Author and develop Electronic Batch Records (EBR). Implement MES solutions, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems and control equipment. Create comprehensive documentation of MES configurations and validate EBRs. Collaborate with business management and users to strategically define needs and design valuable solutions. Analyze and document business information needs to ensure that suitable solutions align with GxP standards. Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships effectively. Job Requirements: Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100%, depending on business needs and client requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum of 3 years of work experience); if Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience. Stand Out Qualifications: Familiarity with FDA and GMP guidelines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Skilled in facilitating meetings and ensuring follow-up on action items. Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes. Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies. Compensation varies based on factors like office location, role, skills, and level of experience.
