Position Overview: The Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on production equipment and building systems that require moderate to high-level expertise. You will work independently and demonstrate proficiency in at least one technical trade. Essential Qualifications: High School diploma or GED/HiSET required. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Fundamental understanding of electricity and electrical systems. Ability to diagnose and execute complex equipment repairs. General knowledge across various building trades. Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Competent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer literacy. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality. Committed to performing work productively and safely. Reliable with a strong attendance record. Willingness to work mandatory overtime and respond to emergency calls as necessary. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently. Regularly required to stand, walk, handle objects, and work overhead. Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling may be required. Good visual acuity and manual dexterity are a must. Appropriate safety gear, including hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes, is mandatory. Shift Information: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - 40 hours/week Overtime compensated at time-and-a-half beyond 40 hours/week. 2nd Shift offers an additional premium on hours worked.
