What's in it for you: Meal discounts Flexible hours Advancement opportunities Friendly working environment No grease No late nights/early morning shifts Shift Leader Responsibilities: Leads the team in embracing the Firehouse Subs culture, mission and vision statements by consistently providing superior guest service and embracing high standards of quality and cleanliness Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and managing staff under the guidance of the GM Steps in and assists with other duties and responsibilities, at the discretion of upper management Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines Ensures the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal operating regulations including but not limited to: health regulations, hour and wage regulations, fair employment practices, ADA, etc. Shift Leader Qualifications: Must be 18 or older to apply Able to work in a fast-paced team environment Previous restaurant, fast food, or retail experience preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
