Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers Humano is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers in Neosho, MO. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for unloading shipments, organizing and staging freight, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods within our facility. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift weight ranging from 20 to 50 lbs Comfortable with manual labor tasks Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred, but not required Team player with a strong work ethic Responsibilities: Unload household items in teams Stack and wrap items onto pallets, mainly household goods Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed Details: Competitive pay: $17 - $20 per hour based on daily productivity metrics 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00PM to 2:30 AM (occasional overtime) Benefits package available Daily Pay App option for accessing earnings instantly About Humano: Humano is a third-party warehouse provider dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.
