A Glimpse Into Your Day Immerse yourself in a role where your commitment to customer service is paramount. We are looking for someone who can work varying shifts. Your schedule can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs: Monday through Saturday, 7:30-12:30 AM or 2:30-6:30 PM Plan on working five 4-hour shifts or a similar schedule, and it is unlikely you will be required to work all 6 days each week. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels, precise data entry with quality control, and proactive client account maintenance.
