This position supports our US East sites is a hybrid role with occasional on-site presence at our facilities in any of the following locations: Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Tampa, FL; Newnan, GA; Windsor, CT; or Orangeburg, NY. Key Responsibilities Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS system. Collaborate with Payroll to resolve data discrepancies. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies. Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll and compensation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Stay current on payroll regulations and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR operations with payroll responsibilities. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, Oracle). Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax compliance. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with multi-state payroll processing. Familiarity with payroll reporting and analytics. Knowledge of FLSA, IRS regulations, and state-specific labor laws.
