Prepare and respond to customer RFQs, coordinate pricing/delivery information, and support order changes or negotiations as needed. Support accounts receivable and warranty processes, ensuring timely resolution of payment issues and product returns. Maintain accurate data, reports, and forecasts to drive on-time delivery, customer scorecard performance, and continuous improvement efforts.
