Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our HVAC operations team, with a primary focus on parts ordering and inventory management. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our technicians have the parts they need when they need them. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage ordering of HVAC parts and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery Assist with documentation, invoicing, and administrative support for the operations team Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support efficient workflow Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with ordering systems or inventory management is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with HVAC vendors and supply houses Familiarity with service dispatch or work order software Prior parts ordering or inventory coordination experience Our Employees Enjoy the Following Benefits: We believe our employees are our greatest asset.
