Job Description

Join our team as a Printing and Mailing Machine Operator, where you will play a vital role in our daily operations by processing vital documents for veterans. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the printing, stuffing, and shipping of claimant appointment packets. Processing veteran mileage reimbursement checks and managing doctor pay and facility reimbursement checks on a biweekly and monthly basis. Troubleshooting mechanical or IT issues related to Pitney Bowes machines and Send Suite Live software. Maintaining inventory of essential supplies for the Pitney Bowes printer and inserting machine. Conducting mechanical upkeep and replacing components for the Pitney Bowes stuffing machine. Adhering strictly to schedules and processing timelines. Handling rejected files in the Pitney Bowes server and sending CAPS manually if required. Coordinating with Pitney Bowes Tech support and on-site technicians for troubleshooting. The position requires the ability to lift boxes and supplies weighing 20-30 lbs, with the capability to lift up to 60 lbs as necessary. The role mandates working on-site at our office and requires a commitment to the shift of 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A two-week training period is compulsory, with adherence to zero absences. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Experience with Quadient Impress Automate is preferred. Previous mailroom experience is a plus, especially with large printing/inserter machines. Familiarity with computer troubleshooting is preferred.
