K&K Technical Group is seeking an Engineering Finance & Project Administrator to support the Engineering & Facilities (E&F) team with financial reporting, capital project tracking, purchasing coordination, and administrative support. This role works closely with engineering leadership, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate budget tracking, project reporting, and purchasing support for operating and capital projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly journal corrections and accruals for operating and capital expenses Maintain monthly and year-to-date expense reporting for Engineering & Facilities Support fiscal year budget planning and financial tracking Assist with capital project management, including: Purchase requisitions (PRs) Cost tracking and reconciliation Vendor coordination Invoice processing and receipting Serve as a point of contact for vendors, purchasing, and finance teams Maintain SAP / Ariba purchasing and tracking systems Support weekly project reporting and management communications Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new hires Provide administrative support for systems such as SharePoint, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam Provide general administrative support to the engineering leadership team Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Experience with SAP, Ariba, or Oracle PeopleSoft systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Experience Experience supporting engineering, construction, or manufacturing teams Experience with capital project financial tracking or procurement systems
