Job Full Description Job Title: Part-Time Blending Production Associate Location: Groveland Pay Rate: $16/hour Hours: 9:00am -5:30pm Schedule: Monday - Wednesday (Part-Time) Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Blending Production Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. You'll be involved in blending spices and teas, operating machinery, and performing tasks that require physical strength and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate blending and production machinery efficiently and safely Handle and move heavy bags or containers of raw materials (heavy lifting will be required) Accurately measure, mix, and prepare ingredients Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a mask Work in an environment with strong aromas from spices and teas Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift Comfortable working around spices and teas (strong scents) Willingness to wear a mask during all shifts Previous machine operation experience highly preferred Dependable, punctual, and a team player Why Join Us?
