As a Sleep Consultant®, you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers to discover their ideal mattress for a restful night’s sleep. This position offers a unique retail experience with the opportunity to earn significant commissions alongside a 401(k) match. Key Responsibilities: Create an inviting customer-focused environment and build lasting relationships. Offer in-depth product knowledge and serve as a trusted advisor. Achieve individual sales targets while embodying company values and supporting initiatives. Manage customer relationships pre-and post-purchase, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends. Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
