Job Responsibilities: Compile OEM information and assist in creating preventative maintenance routines and bills of materials for new equipment. Provide technical expertise across all process areas. Prepare cost estimates and justifications for capital project plans. Create and manage projects efficiently. Plan, budget, schedule, and execute plant projects with precision. Work closely with contractors, managing budgets, quotes, selection, and field direction. Engage with vendors for equipment evaluation and procurement recommendations. Support predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment availability. Lead the Design Safety Construction Quality Program by conducting inspections and developing risk mitigation plans. Utilize root cause analysis and statistical reviews to address and eliminate recurring issues. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. Communicate maintenance engineering needs to the maintenance manager. Assist in planning and supervising plant outages, minimizing critical path impacts. Collaborate with area leaders to optimize spare inventory. Emphasize and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, fostering a culture of safety at all levels. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years). Strong background in heavy industrial mechanical maintenance, project work, or plant supervision. Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time. Additional Requirements: Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
