Job Description As a Lead Service Logistics Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the design and implementation of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud solutions. Collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders, you will define requirements, configure tailored solutions, integrate with inventory and finance systems, and ensure successful project go-lives. This role demands an in-depth understanding of service logistics processes, including field service, subscriptions, spare parts management, depot repair, and returns management, along with hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications. Responsibilities Lead engaging client workshops to gather requirements for service logistics, including parts management, returns, depot repair, and billing processes. Design comprehensive end-to-end service logistics flows, ensuring integration of Oracle Service, Field Service, Inventory, Order Management, and Finance. Configure Oracle Service Logistics Cloud functionalities such as: Part reservation and fulfillment RMAs and returns processes Inventory and depot setup strategies Costing and billing integration mechanisms Work collaboratively with technical teams to implement seamless solutions, including OIC, integrations, and reporting functionalities. Support all phases of testing, data migration, and user training to ensure smooth transitions. Provide post-go-live support and address any logistics-related challenges that arise. Document best practices, configurations, and reusable patterns for future projects. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on trends and best practices in service logistics. Qualifications Must-Have: 5+ years of functional experience in Service Logistics, Order Management, Parts Management, Depot Repair, or Reverse Logistics. Hands-on experience with Oracle Service Logistics Cloud (or similar Oracle SCM modules). A solid understanding of Order Management, Service and Entitlements, Field Service, and financial logistics. Proven experience with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Service, Field Service, and associated integrations. Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, perform gap analyses, and document solution designs effectively. Excellent communication skills and a strong presence in client-facing situations. Nice-to-Have: Oracle certifications in SCM / Service Logistics / Service / Field Service. Experience in sectors characterized by intensive service logistics, such as distribution, manufacturing, medical devices, telecom, HVAC, or industrial equipment. Familiarity with contracts, warranty, and SLA-driven logistics. Exposure to AI/ML applications for parts forecasting, predictive service, or logistics automation.
