This role inspects, loads, and samples bulk rail cars and trucks to ensure accurate weights, quality, and continuous plant flow. No experience required—we will train.Responsibilities Inspect, position, and load rail cars/trucks Sample loads and deliver to lab Verify weights and complete documentation Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance Keep tanks at proper levels for each shift Maintain clean, safe work areas and report issues Work closely with production and maintenance teams Requirements Able to work rotating day/evening/night shifts Basic reading and math skills Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines Frequent climbing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs) Comfortable working around machinery, dust, noise, and weather If you’re detail‑oriented and enjoy hands‑on, physical work, we’d love to have you on our team!
