We are growing and actively looking for a highly organized, personable, outgoing and eager Recruiting Coordinator to partner with one of our most successful Account Executives on managing their recruiting and sales desk. This role will focus primarily on helping manage direct hire administrative job placements with our clients across the finance, creative and fashion industries. What you will be doing: Supporting the Account Executive/Recruiter with day-to-day sales and recruitment efforts Sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for direct hire admin roles with our clients Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database Running jobs by appropriate candidates Preparing resumes and portfolios and submitting to clients Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates Gathering feedback and availability Keeping all parties informed of any changes/updates Assisting with offer stages and negotiations Serving as a back up point of contact for candidates and clients Conducting thorough reference checks and assist with background checks and onboarding Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects for the AE as needed What you should bring: Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of HR/Recruiting/Sourcing experience An ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive, personable, and team-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office; especially Outlook and Excel Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo and other sales platforms A strong interest in building a career in staffing and recruiting Why youll love working with us: We provide a beautiful modern office space in Midtown East with an open floor plan and tons of natural light.
