Primary Responsibilities Enter client information into various systems Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetings Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans Deepen existing client relationships through making sure client information and documentation is up to date Research and respond to client inquiries Finalize, submit, and track all client account and application paperwork Assist in generating performance reports Maintain information in CRM (Salesforce) system Fill out necessary forms for opening and maintaining accounts Identify and offer recommendations on how to optimize workflows Other responsibilities as assigned Position Qualifications Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred Extremely strong organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learn Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information Basic understanding of our products, services, and Thrivent Financial Competencies Planning/Organizing Analytical Client Focus Communication Interpersonal Skills Teamwork and Collaboration Adaptability/Flexibility External/Internal Dependencies Must be able to work with all roles of the Emerald Financial Group Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clients Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations Must be comfortable participating in our digital and social media presence, including photos and videos featured on our website and platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Compensation and Benefits Here, you'll enjoy: $27.50 Medical, dental, and vision available.
