This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. This position will be filled on 1st Shift or 2nd Shift depending on need. Must be willing to work either 1st or 2nd Shift. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Perform in-process and final inspections on satellite blankets to include a review of the associated product build documentation.Confirm acceptable quality standards and workmanship practices in assigned work centers by learning/practicing process specifications and using workmanship standards during everyday job functions.Identify discrepant conditions and generate nonconformance reports for discrepancies discovered during inspection processes.Perform audits of work areas to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS 9100 proceduresOther duties as assigned This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3. Click the link below: Primary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $104,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
