Telehealth Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is hiring a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (full-time, remote from home) to join the Virtual Express Care - Behavioral Health team. This position is credentialed through NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Virtual Express Care - Behavioral Health is a virtual on-demand behavioral health service embedded within a broader virtual urgent/express care model. Opportunity Details: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents via telehealth. Expectation to see adult patients as needed. Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with families, patients, and interdisciplinary teams. Carry out protocols for mental health and substance use treatment, consistent with professional standards. Provide clinical guidance to other team members and participate in case conferences. Complete documentation, treatment plans, and reassessments in a timely manner. Contribute to performance improvement and quality management initiatives. Qualifications Must maintain residence in State of New York. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Board Certified in General Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted New York State medical license. Active DEA registration. Experience with acute care preferred. Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $278,200(board eligible); $288,500(board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $306,020(board eligible) and $317,350(board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
