Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Data Science, Information Management, Public Administration, or related field. 5-10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data strategy roles. Demonstrated experience working with government agencies, public sector organizations, or public health departments. Experience developing data governance frameworks, policies, and roadmaps. Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-department collaboration. Knowledge of public health data systems, privacy regulations, and data-sharing frameworks. Proven ability to produce practical governance tools, templates, and policies. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with local or state health departments. Knowledge of public health surveillance data and reporting systems. Familiarity with regulations related to health data privacy and compliance. Experience implementing governance models such as: DAMA-DMBOK Data stewardship frameworks Public sector data governance programs.
