Job Description

Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for the monthly forecasting and financial analytics for the Real Estate segment, with a focus on revenue performance, sales drivers, and operating expense planning. This role will support monthly regional revenue and expense planning, provide detailed variance analysis, develop scenario modeling, and deliver meaningful insights through sales metrics and performance analytics. The Manager will partner with Sales & Marketing Business Operations and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, driver-based forecasting and alignment to business performance expectations. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance a comprehensive driver-based sales forecast aligned with key performance indicators and business assumptions. Analyze detailed driver-based sales metrics to identify trends, performance opportunities, and root causes of variance. Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations and Accounting to validate driver assumptions, collect forecast inputs, and ensure alignment on sales and revenue expectations. Monitor actual sales results versus forecast; deliver clear variance analysis tied to both driver and non-driver impacts. Manage monthly regional revenue and expense forecasting, including both driver-linked and non-driver cost categories. Conduct monthly Risk & Opportunity analysis to identify forecast gaps, upside potential, and recommended actions. Assist the department in ad-hoc analysis, sophisticated modeling, and other FP&A functions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, ideally within sales-driven or commercial organizations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with Oracle EPMparticularly regular use of Input Forms and SmartView for forecasting and financial analysisis preferred but not required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
