Job Description Join our growing Client Accounting & Advisory Solutions (CAAS) team as a Supervisor-level Accountant, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting support and actionable financial insights to our clients. In this position, you will lead day-to-day full-cycle accounting operations, serve as a primary contact for clients, and support the development of junior accountants through thoughtful review and constructive feedback. This role blends hands-on accounting execution with engagement oversight. Key Responsibilities Support and lead clients with day-to-day accounting, including transaction entry oversight, account clean-up, and month-end close processes. Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and review monthly financial statements for business owners and stakeholders. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring responsive and proactive communication. Review reconciliations, bill payments, payroll, and sales tax returns for accuracy and completeness. Provide meaningful, timely feedback to junior accountants to support growth and development. Review work prepared by staff, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to firm standards. Assist with onboarding and training team members, contributing to a collaborative team environment. Formulate practical, data-driven solutions for clients based on financial results and operational needs. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Stay informed on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements to proactively support clients. Deliver high-quality work on time while managing multiple client engagements effectively. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA license preferred 6+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting consulting Experience reviewing work and providing constructive feedback to peers or junior staff Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Experience with Xero and Sage Intacct preferred Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
