We are looking for a Transportation Lead to oversee exciting projects in the transportation sector. Responsibilities: Oversee multiple transportation projects, managing budgets, schedules, and overall project execution. Engage in business development to strengthen relationships with clients and partners. Participate actively in workshops, meetings, and events related to transportation projects. Mentor Project Managers in crafting work scopes, budgets, and staff assignments. Lead planning, design, and reporting for a diverse array of transportation projects. Effectively manage project teams and resources, primarily focusing on Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) projects. Required Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in MDOT design. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Willing to travel throughout Michigan for business development and project meetings.
