Warehouse MechanicJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely.Responsibilities Analyze malfunctions and repair, rebuild, and maintain construction tools, equipment, and vehicles. Evaluate and recommend the cost-effectiveness of internal repairs versus external services, or decide to sell or retire tools, equipment, or vehicles. Perform routine maintenance by regularly inspecting and adjusting tools and equipment. Operate and inspect tools or equipment to diagnose defects. Examine parts for damage or excessive wear. Conduct work of a high quality and productivity level consistent with company standards. Travel to job sites as needed for diagnosis, repair, or maintenance tasks. Complete service requests and work orders. Document maintenance tasks in ToolWatch for accurate tracking of tool and equipment maintenance. Maintain a safe and clean shop environment. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor or Coordinator with other warehouse tasks as assigned. Perform all duties in a safe manner. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 50lbs.
