Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Physical Therapist position is open for the 2026-2027 school year in Yelm, WA. This role supports a district-wide caseload of 25-30 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The position requires onsite presence to provide direct therapy services within the school setting. Key Responsibilities:Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to develop therapy goals and monitor student progressMaintain appropriate documentation and comply with regulatory requirementsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive student support plans Qualifications:Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license or willingness to obtain before the school year startAbility to successfully complete fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or willingness to complete this processExperience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferredStrong communication and organizational skills Position Details:Location: Yelm, WAFull Time: 37.5 hours per weekCaseload: Approximately 25-30 students district-wideContract position onsite only; virtual candidates will not be considered Benefits include engagement with a supportive educational environment and the opportunity to impact student health and success across a diverse K-12 population.
