We are seeking a Corporate Development Analyst - Hospice M&A to join our growing Corporate Development team. In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions that expand our ability to deliver exceptional end-of-life care. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing analyst with a background in finance, consulting, or investment banking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare M&A, while helping shape the strategic growth of one of the nation's leading hospice organizations. You will contribute to the full deal lifecycle - from market research and pipeline development to financial modeling, due diligence, and post-transaction integration - while building executive-level insights that guide major strategic decisions. What You'll DoSupport Strategic Growth & M&A Execution Identify and research potential acquisition targets across the hospice and healthcare landscape Maintain and expand a robust M&A pipeline aligned with company growth strategy Conduct market landscape analysis to identify opportunities for expansion Financial Analysis & Valuation Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario modeling Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and market data to support investment decisions Prepare materials used to support acquisition recommendations Transaction Support & Due Diligence Coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts with finance, legal, compliance, clinical operations, and other internal teams Organize data rooms and diligence workstreams for multiple active transactions Support deal structuring, financial analysis, and transaction documentation Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment memos Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership regarding deal pipeline and performance Assist leadership with decision support and strategic growth planning Post-Acquisition Integration Support integration initiatives following transaction close Assist leadership with value creation analysis and integration prioritization What You'll BringExperience 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking Management Consulting Corporate Development FP&A or Strategic Finance Advisory or Transaction Services Healthcare or hospice industry experience preferred, but not required Skills That Set You Apart Advanced Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and deal analysis Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executive leaders Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong written, analytical, and communication skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments Why Join Georgia Hospice Care? Qualifications A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 2-5 years in relevant field: i.e. investment banking, consulting, corporate development, FP&A, advisory, or project management. Healthcare or hospice experience preferred. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations). Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and valuation concepts. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Required: Reliable transportation.
