As a Field Service Tech 1_USD, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting technical services for internal customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Field Service Tech 1_USD Location: Manassas, VA What's the Job? Manage activities required to provide technical support to internal customers for desktop, laptop, and networked systems. Identify, prioritize, and confirm resolution of reported issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems. Coordinate, monitor, track, and resolve all phases of desktop support, including installations and upgrades. Execute information technology projects to ensure departmental objectives are met successfully. Perform training programs to educate users on basic computer use and specialized applications as needed. What's Needed? 2-3 years of related experience in desktop support or IT services. CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certifications, or an equivalent associate degree, or comparable experience. Strong computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
