Unarmed Patrol Security Officer - Full-Time (Overnight) Location: Denver, CO Pay: $23.50 per hour Industry: Residential Apartment Complex Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Thursday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Candidates must be available to work the full posted schedule. Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer to provide overnight security coverage at multiple residential apartment communities in Denver. This position combines vehicle patrol and foot patrol responsibilities to help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for residents and property staff. If you are dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours, this is a strong opportunity for steady full-time work. Key Responsibilities Drive an assigned patrol route across multiple properties Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and amenities Respond to alarms, service calls, and on-site incidents Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations Document daily activity reports and incident reports accurately and thoroughly Communicate professionally with supervisors and property management Follow all company policies and site-specific post orders This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours. Minimum Qualifications Active Colorado Guard Card (or the ability to obtain one) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations during working hours Ability to work the posted overnight schedule Strong written and verbal communication skills Consistent attendance and professional demeanor Preferred (Not Required) 3+ years of patrol driver experience 3+ years of security experience Experience using reporting platforms such as SilverTrac, Belfry, or TrackTik Familiarity with vehicle monitoring systems such as Samsara What We Offer Competitive hourly pay at $23.50 per hour Paid training Company-issued uniforms Consistent full-time hours Ongoing operational support from management Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
