Sales Assistant Acrisure is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team through administrative coordination, data entry, and client file preparation. This role helps ensure internal systems and client documentation remain organized and accurate while supporting the daily operations of the sales team. The Sales Assistant will work closely with Account Managers and other team members to assist with administrative tasks, record maintenance, and CRM updates. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team and Account Managers Enter and maintain accurate information within internal systems and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools Prepare, organize, and maintain prospect and renewal files for the sales team Review client and insured documentation to help ensure accuracy and completeness prior to policy processing Assist with updating and maintaining tracking tools such as Trello or other internal project management systems Maintain organized records and documentation for sales and client files Support general administrative and office tasks as needed to assist the sales team Follow company procedures, internal standards, and applicable regulations while performing assigned duties Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to learn internal systems and CRM platforms used by the sales team Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines Previous experience in insurance, PEO, workers compensation, or a related environment is preferred but not required Education and Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
