Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Central Pharmacy in Owosso, MI. The Certified Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. They will also provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, processing transactions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure optimal care and support for patients. Number of Openings: 2 - Approx. 20 hours per week plus rotating Saturdays. Qualifications Proficiency in Prescription preparation, handling, and management Strong knowledge of Pharmacy operations and standards, with experience in Pharmacy Technician practices Inventory Control skills, including maintaining and managing stock Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and assist patients in a professional manner Pharmacy Technician certification and licensure as required by the state of Michigan Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when needed Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus
