As a CAVA Catering Delivery Specialist, you will be in motion delivering delicious meals to our guests. You will ensure the successful execution of catering orders and serve as a brand ambassador, making every interaction friendly, warm, and generous. What You'll Do: Deliver friendly, prompt, and top-notch customer service. Manage the Curbside, Take-Away, and Delivery activities effectively. Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the restaurant. Verify order accuracy with customers to guarantee satisfaction. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures at all times. Restock stations and keep them clean and organized. Follow policies and procedures that emphasize a service mindset. Manage expectations and timelines within and across teams to fulfill responsibilities. Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by embodying CAVA's values. Show discipline in your performance, communication, and attitude every day. Collaborate actively to meet departmental and company goals. The Qualifications: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Ability to utilize GPS technology and other relevant apps effectively. Customer service, delivery service, or restaurant experience is preferred. Willingness to cross-train across various restaurant roles for rapid skill development. Ability to travel 100% and lift up to 50 pounds when required. Physical Requirements: Capability to maintain a stationary position to operate equipment. Aptitude to discern and analyze details; lift or transport items up to 50 pounds as needed. Communicate effectively with others. Possess a constant state of alertness and commitment to safety.
