Administrative Support Provides diversified and confidential administrative support within a highly regulated nuclear environment, applying broad experience, organizational skills, and knowledge of company policies and procedures. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinates with internal departments and external agencies to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations Interfaces with employees at all levels of the organization to fulfill administrative responsibilities Manages day-to-day office functions including scheduling, correspondence, ordering supplies, and onboarding preparation for new hires Enters, maintains, and issues documents within the Nuclear Asset Management System (NAMS) Supports document control processes in compliance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements Assists with records management, including digitizing and archiving documentation Supports special projects and initiatives as directed by management Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Prior experience in a nuclear, utility, or regulated industry setting Familiarity with document control or records management systems
