Assistant Manager - Baseline Mini Storage Princeton Property Management is seeking a part-time weekend only Assistant Manager with maintenance background to support Baseline Mini Storage. The ideal candidate can work weekends, is reliable, with excellent customer service, administrative and minor maintenance experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Storage industry experience is a plus but not requiredwe're happy to train the right candidate! Friday, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours per week Pay: $22 to $24 per hour Based on experience Monthly $50 phone reimbursement If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a great team, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and payments Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained Support the team with daily operations and special projects as needed Qualifications Previous experience in minor maintenance, customer service and administrative roles required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Storage industry experience is a plus, but not required
