Installer Service Coordinator Join us as an Installer Service Coordinator, where you will play a critical role in supporting professional customers at our installer counter. We are seeking a skilled parts specialist who can not only manage daily operations but also deliver exceptional service. This position oversees the delivery specialist to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong sales relationships with installers and professional customers. Efficiently and accurately process customer orders via phone and online, create invoices, and direct part picking and staging for delivery. Coordinate with delivery specialists to ensure timely order deliveries. Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained and meet company standards. Complete vehicle inspections on time and ensure daily mileage is documented in delivery management devices. Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to enhance customer service experiences. Verify product and merchandise billing, including warranty parts, before customers leave the store. Ensure prompt credit for core and warranty returns and manage returns effectively. Audit customer returns to prevent warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging and labeling. Assist at the retail front counter as needed, and provide support in backroom operations (e.g., auto-load, returns, stocking). Assist with processing customer labor claims efficiently. Complete other tasks as assigned to support the team and business objectives. Qualifications: Required: Strong mechanical background and above-average communication skills. Preferred: Hands-on experience with automotive repairs, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is a plus).
