The Regional Coach (RC) plays a crucial role in leading and supervising a group of 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) achieves or surpasses their Annual Operating Plan. Identify, hire, and nurture top talent for positions including RGMs, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers. Provide coaching to RGMs on essential operational standards and offer regular feedback in one-on-one sessions. Proactively take initiative and maintain high activity levels to ensure restaurant success. Gauge customer perceptions through regular visits and comprehensive analysis (VOC and CORE). Lead the rollout of new products and programs with RGMs to guarantee successful implementation. Quickly resolve customer complaints while fostering positive relationships. Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with colleagues, employees, and customers. Analyze financial performance and understand market trends to promote business growth. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: 5 years of successful multi-unit management experience. A proven track record in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial talent. Demonstrated ability to deliver high customer satisfaction, strong financial performance, and employee engagement. Excellent communication skills paired with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities. Exceptional capability to build and maintain effective teams. Basic understanding of business math and accounting, along with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in basic computer usage. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
