As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delighting clients, now and in the future. To succeed in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent The ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to various locations Sales or marketing experience is a plus Your responsibilities will include: Answering phones and warmly welcoming clients Matching clients with the ideal tax professional to meet their needs Scheduling appointments according to client preferences Ensuring clients' needs are addressed during services, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually Maintaining a clean and organized office environment Additional tasks as required We are looking for candidates with: Experience in a fast-paced environment A background in customer service Strong multitasking abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office Why join us?
