As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers enjoy an outstanding dining experience every time they visit. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering delicious food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, manage, and inspire Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to uphold exceptional service standards. Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize restaurant operations to meet high food service guidelines. Monitor staff compliance with the employee handbook and maintain superior operational standards. Execute opening and closing procedures for the restaurant consistently. Oversee staffing and inventory levels, making proactive adjustments to optimize food cost control. Conduct weekly inventory checks and assessments as necessary. Assist with essential administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance documentation. Foster a customer-centric atmosphere among all team members; promptly address guest requests and complaints, escalating issues to management when needed. Qualifications: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong understanding of restaurant or retail operations. Preferred candidates should have at least six months of experience in restaurant management (QSR) or one year in entry-level retail management, with the capability to run shifts independently. Excellent communication skills, along with basic math and computer proficiency. Able to follow guidance and work autonomously, demonstrating strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
