What You Need to Succeed: A strong desire for personal and professional growth, exemplifying effective interpersonal skills and mastering essential job skills. Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and actively participate in food preparation. Demonstrated drive, punctuality, and accountability in performing scheduled shifts. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred. A valid driver's license and insurance with an acceptable driving record. Flexibility to work varied hours and collaborate with a diverse team. Satisfactory completion of a background check, must be at least 18 years old.
