Specialist, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Los Angeles, CA - Los Angeles, CA 90071 Overview Level: Experienced Position Type: Full Time Description The Specialist, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition finds, attracts, and hires qualified candidates to help drive organizational success. This role covers the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while providing positive candidate experience. Job Functions Work with hiring managers to define job needs and requirements Partner with CHRO to optimize the hiring process and develop effective sourcing strategies Participate in HR training, webinars and conferences Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent Review resumes and schedule interviews Screen and interview candidates; extend job offers Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placement Track recruitment metrics Promote and manage the employee referral program Support the development of the sales employee training program by collaborating cross departmentally Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs Support the day-to-day HR operations on an ad hoc basis Special projects related to training, recruiting or HR initiatives Qualifications 7+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in financial services or asset management is a plus Knowledge of relevant best practices and employment laws Experience using an Applicant Tracking System/HRIS required; Paycom experience is a plus Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Strong communication and organizational skills Base Salary Range The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 $145,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
